Unveiling the brand new Material Lab

Celebrating its 10-year anniversary, Material Lab extends its offering to the A&D community this month with a complete studio refurbishment.

Located at London’s 10 Great Titchfield Street, Material Lab has served as a dedicated resource to the architecture and design community since 2006. To celebrate the milestone anniversary, our Creative Director, Darren Clanford, has worked alongside Material Lab’s core team to develop the space even further.

As well as the trailblazing, innovative materials you’ve come to expect from the studio, visitors will note the introduction of live, interactive room sets, brand new client meeting zones and a fully-stocked reading room.

And alongside surface materials from established and emerging designers alike, studio partners Dulux Trade, Formica, modulyss, Karndean, Tektura and Flowcrete are allocated designated spaces for showcasing their latest products and innovations.

Upstairs, our products are exhibited seamlessly with the contemporary and cutting-edge taps and shower accessories of VADO. From our iconic Prismatics range to the latest from our Intro, Select and Absolute collections, visitors will discover a wealth of creative inspiration from the Johnson Tiles creative team.

"Material Lab has been at the heart of the A&D community for over 10 years," says Darren Clanford. "To celebrate this milestone, we could think of no better way than to refurbish the space."

“As the go-to destination for surface design expertise, and its partnership with high-calibre, international brands, alongside working relationships with the UK’s leading colleges, universities and industry events, ensures continued reinvention to best serve its community.”
