CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

Main duties will include:

  • Proactive telephone marketing / telesales with customers
  • Order inputting
  • Answering the telephone to a variety of people and being able to deal with their enquiry or direct them to the relevant department
  • Information gathering and distribution from contract-based enquiries into the call centre
  • Processing and resolving claims for debit notes
  • Raising goods returns notes, liaising with 3rd party transport and chasing the collection and return of goods
  • Some spreadsheet and word processing work will be required

Ideally the successful candidate will be PC literate, possess an excellent telephone manner and good keyboard skills
