Outlet Manager - Wakefield

Job type: Permanent

Full time – four weekdays plus Saturdays – 8am to 4pm

 

Managing our new Wakefield Outlet, you will play a vital role in driving sales, managing stock, and overseeing day to day operations including managing a team of two part time employees. Your primary objectives will be to optimise profitability and ensure an efficient and engaging Outlet style shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phone and email enquiries.
  • Supporting customers face to face.
  • Housekeeping – maintaining a clean, safe and organised outlet environment to enhance the shop experience for customers.
  • Oversee health and safety adherence.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Train, motivate and support a small team of outlet staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee stock management including receiving, organising, pricing, and replenishing of merchandise.
  • Handle deliveries using a pump truck.

Skills Required

  • Previous management or retail management experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with MS office (Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong work ethic.

Outlet Assistant - Wakefield

Job type: Permanent

Part time – Four days including rotated Saturdays – 8am to 4pm

 

Assisting the store manager in the day to day running of our new Wakefield outlet. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, therefore you must be willing to go the extra mile, understand what excellent customer service is, and above all hold a passion for high standards. You will be provided will full training on our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving customers, both retail and trade.
  • Advising customers on products.
  • Stock replenishment.
  • Taking deliveries.
  • Housekeeping – maintaining shop standards are safe, clean and pleasing to the eye.
  • Adhering to the health and safety policy.

Skills Required

  • Ability to passionately deliver a high standard of customer service.
  • Ability to build positive and effective professional relationships.
  • Can be independent and flexible.
  • Able to work Saturdays and bank holidays as required.
  • Experience with MS office.
  • Hold excellent communication skills and work ethic.
