TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are inclusive of VAT. Delivery will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only on mainland United Kingdom.

ORDERING PROCESS PRIOR TO PAYMENT
Johnson Tiles cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS
All card payments are processed for you by Johnson Tiles. We do not accept American Express.

OUR RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY.
Our returns policy is in addition to your legal rights.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED WITHIN THE FACTORY OUTLET.
Johnson Tiles is happy to exchange or refund the price paid for any product bought from the Factory Outlet if it is returned unused, as sold, within 28 days of purchase. This is subject to the following conditions:

Products which are made-to-measure or cut to your requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty).

You must provide your original sales receipt as proof of purchase. If you are unable to provide the original sales receipt, Johnson Tiles will issue credit vouchers to the value of the current selling price of the product.  Johnson Tiles credit vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.

Other than where credit vouchers are issued all refunds will be provided using the same method of payment as your purchase.  If the purchase was made using a credit/debit card, the same card must be used for the refund. We may ask for identification (proof of address) to help combat fraud and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund with or without a receipt.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
If the product you purchase is faulty we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. If help is required please call the number given on your Customer Sales Advice or sales receipt.  Contact must be made with in 28 days of receiving the products.

THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

PRODUCTS DELIVERED TO YOU
If you buy a product which we deliver to you, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 28 days after delivery by:

  • Returning the product to Johnson Tiles Factory Outlet (you will need to bring your sales advice and the credit/debit card used for payment).

This is subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned with the original product packaging.

Orders which are made to measure or cut to your requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty).

If you return the products to the Factory Outlet we may ask for identification (proof of address) to help combat fraud.

To return unwanted goods there will be a charge of £30 or 25% of the total cost of the returning goods, whichever is greater. All goods being returned must be unopened and in a re-sellable condition. This charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If you are able to return the goods to the factory outlet yourself, you will not be charged for their return.
