Metallics Large Format

Although metallic effects have been around for some time, they are evolving.  From brushed metal effects to metallic effect wood.  Pattern such as damask or floral print on a metallic background has also been seen as a recent adaptation within this trend.

Johnson Tiles Meturbia product offers an effective metallic effect with a semi-polished finish.

The requirement for large format tiles is increasing, with specifiers naturally opting for floor tiles of size 600x300mm and above as opposed to the former more commonly used 300x300mm.  This trend has also worked its way to the walls with large format offering the effect of elongating a room and reducing the number of grout lines.

Johnson Tiles largest tile available to specifiers is Citystone floor tile which measures 1200x600.

Abstract

Gone are the days of standard square mosaics, with such a large choice of mosaics ranging in shapes and sizes, specifiers are opting for intriguing designs to add texture, colour and effect to surfaces.  The ability to use mosaics on curved surfaces makes for a popular option for use on commercial projects where stair cases and pillars come into consideration.

Johnson Tiles have a great range of mosaics in a variety of shapes, sizes and colours.  Touchstone mosaic offers abstract shapes along with texture.
